Why Stargazer?

Our name is both an homage to New Mexico's stunning night skies, and was inspired directly by one of Alison's favorite quotes "We are all in the gutter/ but some of us are looking at the stars" – Oscar Wilde.

Why "pure tea"?

Since kombucha became available commercially in the mid-1990's it has become commonplace to flavor it with some type of fruit extract such as juices, purees or syrups.

We are dedicated to making a more traditional form of the fermented beverage, expressing the complex and delicate flavors of our fine single-origin teas. This honors the roots of the drink, while not adding unnecessary sugars and calories to what is designed to be enjoyed as a health-supporting beverage.
